Please be advised that the young man who came to our home in St. Albert on October 31, 2012 (to move three sprinkler heads to allow the deck builders to be able to continue building the rear deck) was one of the most personable and hard working guys I have seen in a long time.
The day he came was right after a major dump of snow and we had to pour numerous pots of hot ware around the deck to try to locate the heads that were stuck under the messy mud and ice that had formed from the workers walking and working in that area.
I was ready to blow up the whole back yard, but at not time did this fellow lose his cool or give up trying to find the heads, even though it was freezing cold outside and he literally had to chip away manually all along the long deck trying to get the sprinkler line. It was a nightmare job, but he persevered and left with a smile, just as when he came. To say I was impressed is an understatement and I have on numerous occasions recited this story.
You are very luck to have this fellow working for you; and I hope you can look up his name and give him a word of thanks for us; and some recognition for a job very well done!

Rain Man has been my primary plumber since 2005. My company provides preventative maintenance services to high demanding residential home owners. When it comes to quality service I have high standards than my customers. As a result I have a stable of contractors who conform to my standards. Rain Man has always done this. This is not to say that there haven’t been problems, and anyone in business that tells you that they have never had problems is a liar. I judge contractors by the manner in which they deal with problems. Rain Man has always dealt with problem issues promptly and with integrity. Through my company we have an emergency call center and we have a company policy that the customer will have a response to an emergency within 2 hours. Rain Man has always supported me in maintaining this policy. These are the reasons that I use The Rain Man and will continue to do so. This summer we decided to get a sprinkler system put in, we proceeded to call around for quotes. After careful consideration, we decided to go with RainMan, even though we were awre of the busy year they were having and possibility of it being a long wait. When they showed up to do the work on September 2-3, 2009, they sent what can only be described as a spectacular crew. They worked hard for us in the 30 degree temperatures with little shade from the sun, as we are renovating our entire yard. They were very careful with our plants and shrubs as not to disturb anything, and accommodated our wishes with no questions even when it made their job more difficult.
We would highly recommend the RainMan company to anybody looking for installed sprinkler systems.
